Attorney Raoul J. LeClerc was admitted to the California Bar Association in 1966. He has served on the Butte County Law Library Board since 1982 and also served on the Oroville Planning Commission for 20 years. He reaches beyond his law practice to show his support and commitment to the State of California and to his local community.

While serving on active duty in the military, he learned valuable lessons about what it means to serve his fellow men and women. Mr. LeClerc is a no-nonsense attorney who will give it to you straight and expects mutual accountability in the attorney-client relationship.
